Robert C. Stubbs
In the early 1960s, Robert C. Stubbs worked at the Arizona State Attorney General’s Office litigating public utility rate cases. Later, Mr. Stubbs was the Chief Civil Deputy at the Pima County Attorney’s Office.
1970s
Private Practice
Mr. Stubbs entered private practice and formed what would become Stubbs & Schubart, P.C. During his years in private practice, Mr. Stubbs resolved, either by settlement or litigation, more than 3,000 eminent domain cases. Before Mr. Stubbs retired from active practice in 2004, he instilled in his successors a commitment to excellence and professionalism in the practice of law and the representation of clients.

Partner G. Lawrence Schubart worked as a Deputy Pima County Attorney in the 1970s representing the Planning, Zoning, Environmental and Building Code Departments of Pima County.
